3(x-7)-12=3((x-7)-4)=3(x-11)(x+1)(2x-5)+(4x-6)(x+1)=(x+1)[(2x-5)+(4x-6)]=(x+1)(6x-11)
y(x-4)-(3x+7)y=y[(x-4)-(3x+7)]=y(-2x-11)=-y(2x+11)
